The Fundamental Valuer (Appraisal) for Real Estate Brokers

Thai Real Estate Brokers Association is launching a Basic Property Valuation Course for Real Estate Brokers, Class 1: The Fundamental Valuer (Appraisal) for Real Estate Brokers.

The course will be taught by Dr. Kittipong Pholpayoon, Secretary-General of the Association of Property Valuers of Thailand, and a land officer in Chonburi province, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuchat Techapothiworakun, Deputy Dean for Finance in the Real Estate Business Program, and a lecturer in the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy at Thammasat University.

The short course will be conducted via Zoom Application.

The course lasts for 6 hours, and participants who complete the training will receive a certificate from the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association.

Registration Fees

1,500 Baht for the general public

1,200 Baht for members of the Thai Real Estate Brokers Association

And an Early Bird price of 1,000 Baht for the first 20 registrants
