Mr. Thanakorn Thanawirith, CEO of All Inspire Development Public Company Limited (ALL), a provider of diverse residential real estate solutions, announced that the major Japanese business partner, JR Kyushu, is confident in ALL and is continuing long-term investments. They are collaborating to launch the "Rise Charoenkrung Lux Neo Classic" project targeting customers in the Icon Siam area along the Gold Line Skytrain, starting at 3.49 million Baht, with a project value of 1.5 billion Baht. The model rooms will be open for viewing on June 5. JR Kyushu Railway Company is a leading real estate firm with experience and expertise in technology and innovation, particularly in quality, architectural design, and space management, along with an effective design and quality control team.

The company is also confident that sales this year will reach the target of 5 billion Baht, with a backlog of over 9 billion Baht in the second quarter. Revenue will be recognized gradually this year and into next year. For this second quarter, revenue will be recognized from the "The Vision Ladprao - Nawamin Phase 3" project, an XL-sized townhome with complete functions and value under the concept "A Good Life Starts at Home The Vision XL, XL Space, Happiness," valued at over 400 million Baht, and the "The Excel Ratchada 18" low-rise condominium project in a prime location along Ratchadapisek Road, near the Sutthisan MRT station, valued at 1.2 billion Baht.

Based on the assessment of the economic situation in the second half of the year, it is expected to trend positively due to the COVID-19 vaccine distribution starting in June and continuing until the end of the year. The overall situation is beginning to ease, showing signs of improved consumer spending compared to the early part of the year, which faced the second and third waves without a vaccine. This is considered a positive factor supporting the achievement of targets.
