Mr. Munihisa Okamoto <\/strong><\/span> Managing Director of Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/strong><\/span>, a leader in the elevator and escalator business, signed a contract with Mr. Panot Sirivadhanabhakdi <\/span><\/strong> Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited Group<\/strong><\/span>, the developer of One Bangkok Project<\/strong><\/span>, with Ms. Su Lin Soon<\/strong><\/span> Chief Executive Officer of One Bangkok Project<\/strong><\/span> and Mr. Supat Jarusorn <\/span><\/strong> Deputy Managing Director of Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/span><\/strong> as witnesses to sign the contract for the purchase and installation of a large set of elevators and escalators, including the installation of the first double cabin elevator in Thailand, totaling 278 units at The Prelude One Bangkok Project<\/strong><\/span>.



Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation<\/span><\/strong>, has been entrusted by One Bangkok<\/strong><\/span>, the largest and most comprehensive real estate project in Thailand, with an investment value of over 120 billion baht, developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/span><\/strong> and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/span><\/strong>. The contract includes the purchase and installation of a large set of elevators and escalators, along with the installation of the first double cabin elevator in Thailand, totaling 278 units, to transform it into a modern real estate project in the form of a smart city. This will include Grade A office buildings, leading shopping centers, luxury hotels, residential areas, and spaces for arts and cultural activities that are interconnected throughout the project. It is expected to attract a large number of businesspeople and tourists from around the world, enhancing Thailand's prominence on the global stage and further establishing it as a central hub in the ASEAN region.
