Mr. Sermsak Kwanphuang, Chief Financial Officer of Ananda Development Public Company Limited stated that the company continues to perform satisfactorily, achieving sales of 3.979 billion baht in the first quarter of 2021, exceeding the sales target of 3.393 billion baht by 17%. This includes both condominium and horizontal projects, with 100% sales completion of one project, the Ideo Mobi Asoke project valued at over 3.2 billion baht. The majority of sales came from the company's focus on ready-to-move-in projects, which cater to the needs of both domestic and international buyers. The overall demand for residential properties near BTS stations continues to be strong, coupled with Ananda's campaigns that effectively reach target customers and respond to real demand, leading to this sales success, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic both domestically and internationally.
