Origin Unveils ORIGIN NEXT LEVEL Plan to Launch 20 New Projects Worth 20 Billion Baht, Expanding into New Business Areas: Logistics Center, Healthcare, AMC to Create an Ecosystem
Origin has unveiled its plan ORIGIN NEXT LEVEL to elevate its real estate business in terms of Business Expansion and Living Solutions, launching 20 new projects valued at 20 billion baht, along with new brands such as Origin Plug & Play, Brixton, Hampton, and Original, catering to a diverse range of groups including Startups, Pet Lovers, Campus, Investors, Affordable Niche, and Silver Age. The company is collaborating with various partners, including Samitivej, to introduce services like Hospital at Home and to establish a Senior Living Lab that addresses the needs of the Now Normal lifestyle, expanding its portfolio into new business areas with a focus on Logistics Center, Healthcare, and Asset Management, creating an ecosystem that caters to consumers across all generations and life stages. The sales target is set at 29 billion baht, the highest in the company's history, with a total revenue target of 14 billion baht.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that due to the rapid and unforeseen changes in 2020, the company has continuously learned and adapted, gaining new experiences, perspectives, and ideas for consumer-focused business operations. This has been a year of significant growth for the company. In 2021, the company will not only continue to grow but will leverage all the knowledge gained throughout 2020, combined with a Disruptor Mindset, which is the DNA of the Origin team, to elevate the company in every aspect under the concept “ORIGIN NEXT LEVEL”, creating an ecosystem that can comprehensively care for consumers at every stage of life.
The ORIGIN NEXT LEVEL concept consists of two main pillars:

1. Next Level of Business Expansion - Expanding the business both horizontally and vertically with new locations, new brands, new business segments, and new collaborations to meet new target segments. This year, 20 new residential projects will be launched, with a total project value of 20 billion baht.
2. Next Level of Living Solutions - Innovating new functions and services in housing and condominiums to meet the living behaviors of people in the Now Normal to Next Normal eras.

The company is confident that its Next Level forward plan will establish a strong and stable growth foundation for the long term, resulting in sales of 29 billion baht in 2021, the highest since the company's inception, or an All Time High, with total revenue of 14 billion baht.
Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, CEO of Britania Co., Ltd., a developer of Modern British-style housing under the Origin Property group, stated that over the past three years, the company has become the New S Curve of the group, successfully developing quality products that have earned consumer trust, closing sales on several housing projects within just a year and a half, and expanding its housing brand to four brands: Belgravia, Grand Britania, Britania, and Brighton, covering the market from 2.5 to 50 million baht.
In 2021, the company will continue to grow at the Next Level, aligning with Origin Property's vision, launching 11 new projects valued at over 10.4 billion baht, positioning itself among the top developers in the horizontal property sector this year, reinforcing its strength that has continuously grown since its establishment. The market expansion this year will focus on new locations, particularly in the western part of Bangkok, where demand remains high, laying the foundation for project accumulation to cover 10 provinces by 2022. At the same time, the company has also updated its logo to reflect its identity and modern adaptability to current market conditions.
Mr. Apisit Sunthornchookiat, Co-CEO of Origin Condominium Co., Ltd., a developer of smart condominium businesses under the Origin Property group, noted that the significant changes in consumer demand in both the Now Normal and Next Normal eras have opened up new growth opportunities. This year, the condominium business group under Origin will grow at the Next Level by developing a total of 9 projects valued at 9.6 billion baht, focusing on locations near the BTS and EEC, with four new brands targeting new segments: 1. Origin Plug & Play targeting Gen Y and Gen Z, especially those starting their own startups, with amenities suited for this demographic; 2. Brixton, an affordable niche brand targeting specific markets; 3. Hampton, a brand for investors with special privileges and guaranteed returns, piloting in Sriracha and Rayong; and 4. Original, a condominium targeting the Silver Age market.

Mr. Somsak Saengsuwan, Chief Product Design Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited, stated that the Next Level of Living Solutions from Origin Property is based on the idea of providing consumers with good health and quality of life, while also incorporating functions that meet new trends arising from both the Now Normal and the aging society. The company has partnered with numerous health experts to provide comprehensive care for residents in both housing projects and condominiums, such as Samitivej Hospital, which has become a partner in virtual hospital services, offering health check-ups and nutritional counseling directly at residential projects or as Hospital at Home, facilitating consumers without the need to travel to hospitals.
