Raimon Land Partners with Thailand Privilege Card to Launch 'Elite Flexible One' Program
Raimon Land partners with Thailand Privilege Card to be the first participant in the 'Elite Flexible One' program.

Bangkok – Raimon Land has teamed up with Thailand Privilege Card to be the first participant in the 'Elite Flexible One' program, which includes luxury condominiums such as The Lofts Silom, The River, and The Diplomat 39. The initiative aims to penetrate the international market within two years, confident that it will enhance business opportunities and stimulate the national economy.

Mr. Korn Narongdej, Chairman of the Executive Board of Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), a leading luxury real estate developer in Thailand, announced that the company has signed a cooperation agreement with Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (TPC) to be the first distributor of the Elite Flexible One membership card. This collaboration represents a significant business opportunity to expand the customer base of foreign clients.
TPC, as the operator of the leading exclusive membership card project in the country, has a successful track record in providing long-term visa benefits for residence in Thailand, along with facilitating entry and residence in the country. This includes business privileges and various services from partner networks, focusing on providing members with the best services. Raimon Land is confident that TPC's strong business foundation and expertise will promote successful collaboration in a new dimension.
Despite the current abnormal real estate market situation, it is believed that in 2024, signs of recovery will begin to emerge. It is expected that both domestic and international buyers will gradually increase due to the attractiveness of Thai real estate prices, which are currently appealing and offer high investment returns compared to other investment types. Additionally, Thailand's potential readiness in various aspects, especially in public health, positions it as a target for investment by global businesspeople, including foreigners seeking residences, particularly Chinese buyers looking for second homes in a safe country with good healthcare. This presents a golden opportunity for buyers both domestically and internationally, waiting for the chance to enter Thailand once the country officially reopens.
Raimon Land plans to focus its marketing strategy on targeting Thai and foreign customers, including those from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, and others, through targeted marketing and sales activities. The Elite Flexible One card will be promoted through booths and advertisements in various media that reach high-end customers with purchasing power both domestically and internationally, which is expected to receive a positive response.
For the terms and conditions of the Elite Flexible One membership card project, applicants must own property from Raimon Land, which includes ready-to-move-in condominiums from three projects, such as the luxury condominiums The Lofts Silom, The River, and The Diplomat 39, valued at 10 million baht or more. Raimon Land will grant the membership card free of charge along with benefits such as visa privileges for entering and exiting Thailand for five years (Privilege Entry Visa), as well as various VIP privileges, including airport services (EPA & Premium Lane) 12 times a year, airport services (departure lounge and electric car) six times a year, and personal coordinators, among others.
Mr. Somchai Soongsawang, Managing Director of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (TPC), stated that the company has signed a cooperation agreement for the 'Elite Flexible One' card project to expand trade and investment in the Thai real estate sector, appointing Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML) as the first participant in the project.
The objective is to respond to the government's economic stimulus measures to attract potential business investors to invest in Thailand and help real estate operators sell their projects faster, creating cash flow and ensuring business continuity, while also stimulating the economy in related industries through the Elite Flexible One membership card.
"Raimon Land, as a partner representative of the private sector in real estate, has the potential and strengths in selling luxury real estate successfully, and understands the behavior of target groups well to jointly expand the customer base of Thai and foreign clients. Customers will receive the best service benefits from TPC," Mr. Somchai said.
For the conditions of applying for the Elite Flexible One card, applicants must invest in purchasing new condominiums that are completed and ready for occupancy in Thailand, with a total value of no less than 10 million baht. The purchased units must be from the same developer or company, but can be spread across different locations. If the unit price is below 10 million baht, they may choose to buy units in the same project, but the total value must not be less than 10 million baht. The special program will operate for two years, starting from January 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2025, with expectations of continuous interest in the project.
Members of Thailand Elite will have the privilege of easy and quick entry into the country through the Tem-Q program, which has been officially approved by the CCSA, with strict and safe measures, as well as participating in ASQ services to help operators receive cash flow from member spending, which will help stimulate the economy to return to normal as soon as possible.
Ms. Thapanee Kiatpaiboon, Deputy Governor for Product and Business of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), stated that the COVID-19 outbreak in Thailand since March 2020 has caused various industries to halt, especially the tourism industry, which accounts for 22% of the country's GDP, making Thailand the most affected country by COVID-19 in the world (according to the World Travel and Tourism Council). The TAT, as the agency promoting marketing and tourism, has implemented measures to mitigate the impact on tourism and stimulate domestic economic circulation as follows:
1. Stimulating domestic travel to create jobs, generate income, and enhance financial liquidity through projects like 'We Travel Together', 'Amazing Thailand SHA', and 'Single Traveler Routes', to instill confidence in Thai people to spend, compensating for the absence of foreign tourists who cannot travel to Thailand during COVID-19, with an estimated 5 million people and a loss of approximately 250 billion baht in national income.
2. Generating income from foreign tourists/businesspeople with high spending potential. With the objectives mentioned in point 2, along with relaxed measures allowing foreign businesspeople to travel to Thailand, TAT sees a good opportunity to expand benefits from the Thailand Elite card, which is a business invested in and managed by Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., to attract foreign businesspeople and investors with potential to invest in real estate in Thailand through the Elite Flexible One special program.
The Elite Flexible One card will be granted to foreign businesspeople or investors who purchase real estate participating in the project with a total value of no less than 10 million baht. This card will offer various special privileges, such as a Privilege Entry visa valid for five years, personal assistant services at the airport, etc. TAT expects at least 100 foreign businesspeople or investors to be interested in this program, with real estate investments in Thailand exceeding 1 billion baht.
Finally, we sincerely hope that the signing of this agreement will be part of the economic recovery of Thailand after the COVID-19 crisis, helping to rebound and stimulate the international tourist market to recover quickly and strengthen Thailand as a sustainable popular destination.
