Senior executives from Rattanakorn Asset Co., Ltd., Onyx Hospitality Group, and Yoo Group Onyx Hospitality Group<\/strong><\/span> is one of the leading hotel management companies in Asia, continuing its partnership with Rattanakorn Asset Co., Ltd., a leading real estate company in Thailand, to manage three new projects located in eastern Thailand. This partnership aims to open the world's first Yoo Beach Club at Na Jomtien Beach, the first Yoo in the Asia-Pacific region, and the first Shama hub in Southeast Asia at Wong Amat Beach. Rattanakorn Asset Co., Ltd. has appointed Onyx Hospitality Group to manage these three new projects as part of the recently signed business partnership agreement to manage the beach club and hotels.<\/p>
The Yoo Beach Club and Yoo will be designed by Yoo Studio in London, UK, and will be part of the Yoo Hotels and Resorts brand, which is one of the service businesses of Yoo Group, founded by renowned designer Philippe Starck and property developer John Hitchcox. The concept aims to elevate living through leisure in specially designed spaces. The Yoo Beach Club is designed to be one of the top beach clubs in the world and will be the first beach club developed along the southern coastline of Pattaya, adjacent to the Amari Jomtien Pattaya hotel, which offers a total of 400 rooms and is currently under construction alongside Yoo Beach Club and Amari Jomtien.<\/p>
Pattaya will be part of a mixed-use seaside property development that includes shopping centers and event spaces, scheduled to open in 2024. Additionally, Yoo and Shama Hub will be developed as two dual-branded hotels located in the same building on Wong Amat Beach, where both brands will offer unique services and experiences to guests.<\/p>

Pattaya will be developed as a lifestyle-focused hotel with a total of 100 rooms inspired by local influences in the interior design of the lobby, showcasing music from local DJs and artwork from Pattaya artists, aiming to provide a unique stay experience with various amenities within the hotel, such as a sky lobby, dining options, and meeting rooms with stunning views from the rooftop pool bar, daily DJ performances, nail services, and sunrise running sessions, offering refreshing outdoor exercise opportunities and experiences to explore the surrounding areas. The hotel under the Yoo brand aims to be a leading brand that caters to a smart lifestyle, enjoying discovering new things and embracing modern technology. Shama Hub Pattaya is designed under the concept of adaptable spaces for diverse lifestyles, featuring a total of 250 rooms with additional amenities.<\/p>

These include a lobby with co-working space, grab-and-go snack services, and apartment-style rooms that guests can customize to fit their lifestyle, whether for work, socializing, dining, or resting. This hotel will blend local identity with modern design, focusing on allowing guests to experience the charm of the surrounding area. Currently, Onyx Hospitality Group has two Shama Hub hotels under development, the first in Changchun and the second in Haikou, China, both scheduled to open in mid-2021.
