The Hong Kong giant, Rislane, defies the COVID-19 crisis by investing in a new project, launching The Livin Ramkhamhaeng high-rise condominium valued at 4.9 billion baht, targeting the EBD area along Ramkhamhaeng Road.
Ms. Manee Kan Isriyakosol, Director of Marketing Strategy and Corporate Image Communication for Thailand at Rislane (Thailand) Co., Ltd., revealed that Rislane is a major real estate company from Hong Kong with projects in 7 countries worldwide. For the first half of 2020, the company acknowledged that it was inevitably affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
However, due to the company’s policies and willingness to adapt and change, it has adjusted its strategies and operational plans to align with the situation in each country, focusing on online sales and seeking new land parcels with potential for future project launches as conditions improve.
Rislane began investing in Thailand in 2017 with the strategy “Think Global, Act Local,” operating under the concept “Be the Change, Create the Future,” daring to lead change for future development. The company has launched a total of 7 projects in Thailand.
These include 1 single-house project, 4 condominium projects, and 2 mixed-use projects, with a total value exceeding 44 billion baht.
For 2020, the company plans to launch 3 new projects valued at a total of 23.5 billion baht, having already launched 2 projects: Cloud Residence Sukhumvit 23 valued at 3.6 billion baht and Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64 valued at over 15 billion baht. Both projects have received positive feedback due to their prime locations on Sukhumvit Road, close to the BTS, with affordable average prices, room sizes, designs, and common areas that meet lifestyle needs.
