SENA Unveils New Design and Functionality of ' SENA 360 '

One App for All Aspects of Living

        

With a complete overhaul, SENA reinforces its image as an innovator for the quality of life of residents, transforming the application with a New Design – New Function. The ' SENA 360 ' app addresses all aspects of living and services with just one click, making life easier. It also collaborates with various partners to enhance online shopping, health services, and repair services, exclusively for SENA residents.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, Deputy CEO of SENA Development Public Company Limited, stated that today’s consumers looking for housing or in the process of purchasing have various expectations, including safety for life and property, a good environment, and a quality community, as well as systematic management within the project. Therefore, SENA has developed the application ' SENA 360 Service' to meet customer needs from day one until they decide to transfer ownership of their home and become part of the SENA family. This stems from the philosophy of 'selling for selling'. SENA has continuously developed the application to maximize efficiency, such as the SENA WeCare service for 24-hour online repair notifications, Acute Realty for property sales and rentals, and the ability to pay common area fees and water bills through the application, making it more convenient for residents and eliminating concerns about late payments. Additionally, SENA Solar allows residents to monitor their solar energy usage through the app on their mobile devices.

 

Recently, the company has taken a step further with New Design - New Function, updating the design and functionality to better meet the diverse needs of customers in their daily lives, and has renamed the app to ' SENA 360 '. This application has been developed with care to meet all housing-related needs of customers, focusing on every detail, in line with the company's commitment to caring for every detail of life, inspired by a truly feminine perspective (Made From Her).

 

 

 

For the New Design, the design has been modernized for easier use and convenience, while the New Function is divided into five dimensions:

 

1. Security – Focused on the safety of residents, including Home Automation to connect the app for managing IoT devices in homes/condos, such as turning the air conditioning on and off, Pre-Register for scheduling visits in advance, where residents can set a Do Not Disturb option, Call Juristic to contact property management staff, and Family Member for emergency contacts.

2. Eco System – Monitoring the use of clean energy (Solar) for a better home and community environment, Waste Management (Recycle Day) where residents can schedule pickups for recyclable waste to earn points for rewards through the app.

  1. Community – Activities in the community and a sharing society, sCalendar as a personal calendar to help residents keep track of appointments related to home management, such as air conditioning cleaning and curtain installation, as well as various activities organized within the project, Chat Victory for chatting with property management staff, and Borrow Tools Victory for borrowing and returning tools from property management.
  2. 360 Living Services – Comprehensive living services with partners like ShopAt24 for online shopping, Fixzy for professional home services, and LILUNA for sharing travel costs together.
  3. Health Related – Health services from Samitivej Hospital and Rama 9 Hospital.

 

This marks the first time SENA has fully committed to providing extensive benefits and superior services that comprehensively meet the lifestyle needs of residents, ensuring convenience for all SENA projects.
