RISLAND Thailand, a real estate development group, has launched the largest Mixed-Use condominium project in the Sukhumvit 64 area with 'Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64', a new oasis condominium in Sukhumvit. The concept is 'Harmonic Living Arise: A New Balance of Life in the City', located just 450 meters from the BTS Punnawithi station, equipped with complete amenities and over 40% green space to meet all lifestyle needs, starting at a price of 2.49 million Baht. Bangkok – Today (July 22, 2020), Dr. Yan Zhu, Project Director of 'Skyrise Avenue Sukhumvit 64', RISLAND (Thailand), revealed that RISLAND is a real estate development group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, engaged in residential development, commercial buildings, and property management.
