Mr. Teeradech Kerdsamang, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Real Estate Group, Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited announced that, “In May, the company launched a campaign to boost sales called ‘Pruksa Townhouse Offers More’, providing numerous special privileges such as living rent-free for up to 2 years, free gold, and covering all transfer fees for customers who booked ready-to-move-in Pruksa townhouses across 112 participating projects nationwide, with ownership transfer by June 30, 2020. The company successfully sold 660 units from this campaign, totaling 1.73 billion baht, exceeding the target of 1.5 billion baht, which is quite satisfactory given the current economic slowdown. In the second half of the year, the company plans to launch 3 new townhouse projects: Pruksa Home Lat Krabang-Suvarnabhumi, Pruksa Home Theparak-New City, and The Connect Petchkasem 69, with a total value of 3.7 billion baht.
