On June 12, the Royal Gazette published regulations issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2548 (No. 10), following the Cabinet's resolution during the meeting on May 26, 2020, to extend the enforcement of the emergency declaration nationwide from June 1 to June 30.

Based on Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration B.E. 2548 and Section 11 of the Act on the Administration of the State Affairs B.E. 2534, the Prime Minister issued general regulations and guidelines for government agencies.

These include:

1. Lifting the restriction on leaving homes as a measure to ease and mitigate the impact on the daily lives of citizens, thus allowing the lifting of the restriction on leaving homes nationwide due to the COVID situation from 11:00 PM until June 14.

3. Easing restrictions to allow certain activities, such as economic activities
a. Organizing meetings, training, seminars, exhibitions, product displays, catering, ceremonies, performances, dance, music, concerts, or various activities held in hotels, theaters, conference rooms, exhibition centers, cinemas, or other venues are permitted.

b. Consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages in restaurants, food gardens, hotels, restaurants or general beverage establishments, or places legally permitted to open, while bars, pubs, and karaoke venues are still not allowed to operate.

c. Filming for television programs, movies, and videos can proceed with a total of no more than 150 performers, participants, and crew members, and an audience of no more than 50 people.
