Supalai Public Company Limited has broken records! In May, it achieved sales of over 2.3 billion baht for horizontal projects in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regions, marking the highest sales ever. The company showcased its horizontal brands including Parkville, Prima Villa, Pride, Essence, and Urbana, all performing well.

Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, revealed that the COVID-19 situation in Thailand is continuously improving. With the easing of lockdown measures, consumer confidence is returning positively. Prior to the pandemic, the company had already adapted to cope with the situation and ongoing changes, starting with adjusting the investment ratio in real estate development by increasing the proportion of horizontal project launches in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regions, covering all potential locations. The company also launched a new brand, “Urbana,” to meet customer demand, focusing on energy-efficient home designs that meet international standards ISO 9001: 2015. Additionally, in April, the company stimulated sales with promotional campaigns such as the Supalai 2020 campaign offering Double Discounts and the promotion “Take a Break, We’ll Pay for You”, where Supalai covers both principal and interest for up to 1 year, along with the Online Booking “Flash Deal! Hurry Up, Don’t Wait!” campaign, which provides booking options for condominiums, single houses, and townhomes through Supalai Online Booking 24/7.

The continuous adjustment of investment strategies for horizontal project development, combined with an increase in customer visits to projects in May 2020, has led the company to achieve over 2.3 billion baht in sales for horizontal projects nationwide, the highest ever, representing an increase of over 100% compared to the same period last year. The sales figures from May 2020 reflect a clear improvement in consumer confidence. Continuous product development has shown that the horizontal brands generating strong sales include Parkville, Prima Villa, Pride, Essence, and Urbana, with sales growth consistent across Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regions.

Regarding plans for launching horizontal projects in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regions, the company has already launched 9 horizontal projects in the first half of the year, with a total value of 7 billion baht. In the second half of the year, it plans to launch 16 new projects worth a total of 13 billion baht, maintaining its annual plan to launch 25 horizontal projects with a total value of 20 billion baht.
