SC Asset has teamed up with Rama 9 Hospital to support residents who are concerned about traveling to the hospital through the PR9 Telemedicine service, allowing consultations with doctors from anywhere. This service utilizes Line VDO Call technology to provide health care.

Through this collaboration, Rama 9 Hospital is pleased to be part of enhancing the connection between doctors and patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand that health is a crucial matter that patients should not delay. The PR9 Telemedicine service acts as a facilitator for service users, regardless of their location, enabling real-time communication between patients and doctors without the need to travel to the hospital, thus reducing the risk of infection and virus transmission.

Ms. Sudarat Charoenketmongkol, Head of Customer Management and Sustainable Development, stated, “Recognizing the importance of our customers' health, SC Asset has partnered with Rama 9 Hospital, a comprehensive health care provider, to offer the 'PR9 Telemedicine' service as a privilege for SC Family members through simple technology. This provides an alternative and helps reduce the need to travel to the hospital, allowing direct consultations with specialized doctors via video call. Doctors can diagnose initial symptoms and recommend treatment options, as well as deliver medications to service users' homes (within Bangkok only), whether for follow-up on existing conditions or for new health concerns, from general internists and specialists such as surgeons, obstetricians, pediatricians, ophthalmologists, and psychiatrists. Users can specify the doctor or condition they wish to consult about. Initially, services will be available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, starting from May 15 to June 30.

This privilege will be granted to the first 100 interested SC Family members who register through the RuJai app at no cost, available on both iOS and Android.
