Mrs. Suphanavit Iamsakulrat, CEO of KE Group and executive of BKER REIT, announced that she has met with the management team to discuss plans for reopening after the lockdown measures are expected to end on April 30, 2020. The 11 shopping centers managed under BKER include Crystal Design Center (CDC), The Crystal (Ekkamai-Ramintra, Ratchaphruek, Chaiyaphruek), Playnarri Mall, The Scene (Town in Town), Amorini, Ampak (Chulalongkorn), and Sammakorn (Ramkhamhaeng, Ratchaphruek, Rangsit). If the government approves the reopening of shopping centers on May 1, 2020, the focus will be on 4 key measures to ensure cleanliness and safety for customers at all 11 shopping centers as follows:

- B - Be clean: All areas must be clean and free from germs.
- K - Keep mask: Everyone must wear a mask; if customers do not have one, the center will provide it.
- E - E Payment: Avoid cash transactions; prepare QR codes and credit cards.
- R - Ready: Be prepared for all situations.

Additionally, social distancing will be emphasized to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, such as (1) limiting the number of customers in each store to reduce crowding, (2) setting standing and sitting arrangements in common areas at least 1.5-2 meters apart, (3) reducing elevator congestion by designating standing spots, (4) spacing out seating in restaurants, (5) organizing queues to maintain distance, (6) clearly designating waiting areas with distance, and (7) ensuring distance during conversations between staff and customers.

The shopping centers prioritize the health and hygiene of customers, staff, and employees in various stores to instill confidence in customers visiting all 11 of our shopping centers. They are also ready to comply with government measures effectively to prevent the spread of the coronavirus 2019 or COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019: COVID-19). The format of the reopening will depend on the official announcement from the government.
