"Origin Property" joins forces "Samitivej" to support Health Tech in residential areas by linking the "Samitivej Virtual Hospital" service with the "Origin Connect" app, allowing residents to access medical consultation services 24 hours a day, along with blood testing services and home delivery of medications easily through the app, while offering residents a code for a free 15-minute doctor consultation until 31st March.

Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) , a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Samitivej Hospital, a comprehensive healthcare provider, to connect the "Samitivej Virtual Hospital" service, an online virtual hospital, with the "Origin Connect" application, enabling residents of all Origin projects, totaling over 20,000 families, to access medical services online 24 hours a day.

We recognize that everyone’s health is important, and Samitivej is a leader in healthcare services with modern medical technology. Given the concerns about leaving home due to the COVID-19 situation, health technology or Health Tech in residential areas is essential. Therefore, we decided to establish this partnership and connect the Samitivej Virtual Hospital service with the Origin Connect app immediately. We believe that linking Samitivej's excellent services with us this time will enhance the quality of life for our residents", Mr. Pirapong stated.

The services of the Samitivej Virtual Hospital available through the Origin Connect app include four components: 1.24-hour doctor consultations (24-hour Teleconsultation) where doctors provide consultations via video calls; 2.blood testing at the project (Test@Home) if diagnosed as needing a blood test; 3.vaccination at the project (Vaccine @Home) if diagnosed as needing vaccination; 4.medicine delivery to the project (Medicine Delivery) to deliver medications after receiving a doctor's diagnosis.

Mr. Pirapong further stated that to facilitate residents during this time of concern about travel, Origin and Samitivej will offer special privileges to Origin residents for using the Teleconsultation service for up to 15 minutes at no cost, simply by entering a special code for Origin residents, which can be used until 31 March.

In the future, the company is also in discussions for further health service collaborations with Samitivej for residents, such as developing health service programs for residents, providing basic first aid training for project juristic persons, and considering bringing health monitoring equipment to provide services in common areas.
