SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, represented by Mr. Somboon Kuptimanus, the company secretary, announced that "Due to the necessary circumstances arising from the COVID-19 situation, the Board of Directors meeting No. 3/2020 held on April 15 has thoroughly considered the impacts on shareholders and has resolved to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, originally scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2020, indefinitely until the COVID-19 outbreak situation eases or is resolved. The meeting date and agenda for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders have been canceled, along with the cancellation of the record date for shareholders entitled to attend the meeting, which was originally set for March 13, 2020.

This postponement of the Annual General Meeting will not significantly affect the company's operations. If the situation improves and it is appropriate to hold the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors will consider setting a new date and agenda for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders promptly and will inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand and shareholders accordingly."

Additionally, the board approved the payment of an interim dividend to shareholders in accordance with the policy to approve dividend payments of no less than 40% of net profit after corporate income tax from the company's profits as of December 31, 2019, at a rate of 0.19 Baht per share. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is set for May 5, 2020, and the dividend will be paid to shareholders on May 15, 2020.
