GHB Bank Introduces New Online Payment Option for Home Loan Installments Available 24/7
GHB Bank is joining the effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by providing convenience to customers who wish to make loan payments without having to visit a bank branch. This initiative aims to reduce the risk of exposure in public areas. Customers can now easily make online loan payments via their mobile phones or computers by visiting www.ghbank.co.th and using the “Online Home Payment” system. By entering and confirming their information, the system will generate a QR Code for each loan payment, which customers can download or scan to pay using the GHB ALL Mobile Application or any bank's app. This service has been available since March 30, 2020.
Mr. Chatchai Sirilai, Managing Director of GHB Bank, stated that following the directive from Mr. Parinya Patthanapakkadee, Chairman of GHB Bank, the bank has urgently increased digital payment options for customers to support government policies aimed at preventing and reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This new online payment method allows customers to pay their loans conveniently from anywhere using their mobile devices or home computers without needing to visit a bank branch or public areas, thus avoiding close contact with others. Customers can access the GHB Bank website www.ghbank.co.th, select the “Online Home Payment” option, and follow the steps by entering their 13-digit ID number and loan account number. The system will display customer information and the amount due. Once customers confirm the accuracy of the information, a QR Code will be generated for each loan payment, allowing them to pay immediately using the GHB ALL Mobile Application or any bank's app within the specified timeframe, without needing to visit a bank branch. This service has been available since March 30, 2020.
Additionally, customers can conduct transactions with GHB Bank using the GHB ALL Mobile Application: GHB ALL, which consolidates all GHB services at your fingertips, including loan payments, receipt viewing, money transfer services, statement viewing, NPA property listings, branch location searches, and registration for the “GHB Project to Support Thais in Nation Building” to reduce housing loan repayment costs for those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.
