As announced by Bangkok, the surrounding provinces, and Nakhon Ratchasima on March 21, 2020, certain locations in the area will be closed from March 22, 2020, to April 12, 2020, including shopping malls, to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Krung Thai Bank will temporarily close 41 branches located in shopping malls in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and Nakhon Ratchasima until further notice. Customers can still access services at various branches outside of shopping malls that remain open or through the convenient and secure Krungthai NEXT service.

Branches located in large supermarkets, such as Tesco Lotus and Big C in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Pathum Thani, will continue to operate as usual.
