- Full refunds without additional fees. Passengers can request a refund themselves by specifying
the refund request according to the ticket conditions via https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund

- Passengers wishing to change their travel plans and/or flight routes can do so without change fees, subject to the company's terms and conditions.
