Kunalai aims to lead the development of horizontal real estate for sale in the Greater Bangkok area under the "Kunalai" brand, covering all four directions around the capital.
Previously, there were projects in two directions:
- The western direction of Bangkok, specifically in the Bang Bua Thong area, where the company has expertise and has been continuously developing projects.
- The eastern direction of Bangkok, in the Chachoengsao province, with the project named Kunalai Joy On 314 launched at the end of 2019.

In 2020, the business direction is to expand investments in the third direction of Bangkok and prepare to launch two new projects with a total project value of 2.3 billion baht:
1. Kunalai Begins 2 project in Chachoengsao, valued at 800 million baht, consisting of 363 townhome units, set to open for sale in Q2 2020.
2. Kunalai Joy 2 project in Bang Bua Thong, valued at 1.5 billion baht, consisting of 411 two-story single and twin houses, set to open for sale in Q3 2020.



The company has a backlog of over 140 million baht, which will gradually recognize revenue in 2020, and also has products under construction and for sale (stock) valued at a total of 900 million baht, which will gradually recognize revenue in 2020-2021.

In 2019, the company reported total revenue of 652.67 million baht, an increase of 46% compared to the previous year’s 447.09 million baht, and a net profit of 56.65 million baht, a 390% increase from the previous year’s 11.56 million baht. The performance met the company’s targets, leading to the approval of a dividend payment at a rate of 0.04 baht per share, totaling 24 million baht. The ex-dividend date (XD) is set for May 5, 2020, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 22, 2020. This dividend payment demonstrates the company's strong financial structure.
