LPN under the brand BAAN 365 collaborates with VICKTEERUT and BMW to launch a new collection for the Spring & Summer 2020 season, showcasing modernity filled with simple yet luxurious tailoring details on meticulously selected materials, reflecting the concept of “Livable Simple Luxury House” in both design and carefully chosen materials, allowing one to truly appreciate the value.

Mr. Opas Sripak, CEO and Managing Director of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN), revealed that the collaboration with luxury fashion brand Vickteerut and BMW for this promotional event for the BAAN 365 project is due to both partners targeting the same audience as the “BAAN 365” project, focusing on high-income customers who have a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and refined tastes. Vickteerut has continuously developed new collections for its fans, as the brand embodies modern fashion while also being minimalistic and elegantly simple, aligning perfectly with the concept of “BAAN 365”.
Recently, the Vickteerut brand is set to launch the “Spring/Summer 2020” collection alongside the launch of the BAAN 365 project, allowing fashion enthusiasts to engage with the new collection alongside various celebrities who will share experiences with those interested in homes and fashion. This strategy is part of a differentiation approach from competitors in both the fashion and real estate markets.



The BAAN 365 project on Rama 3 Road is developed with the intention of creating a residential project under the concept of Livable Simple Luxury House, which is simple yet meticulous in every detail, from land selection and construction design to prioritizing actual living. This intention has led the company to simplify complexities and eliminate unnecessary elements.

The single houses will have 3 styles: The Garden Villa with a usable area of 340 sq.m., focusing on green spaces around the house; The Pool Villa with a usable area of 490 sq.m., suitable for those wanting a private pool; and The Pavilion Villa with a usable area of 490 sq.m., which is a special land plot with a large area and a private pool. All houses are equipped with elevators for residents' convenience.
The townhome project of BAAN 365 RAMA 3 will consist of 58 units, starting at 23 million baht, on 26 sq.w. of land with a usable area of 310-320 sq.m. It is developed to perfectly meet the needs of residents, with a layout that alternates the front and back of each unit for the privacy of residents.
