N.C. Housing Unveils 2020 Plans to Launch 5 New Projects Featuring Smart Care, Targeting Price Range of 2-5 Million Baht
N.C. Housing has announced its plans for 2020, preparing to launch 5 new projects worth 3.5 billion baht, focusing on three potential locations: Northern Bangkok, Nakhon Pathom, and the EEC (Chonburi). The company emphasizes Smart Care to target customers in the price range of 2-5 million baht, aiming for sales of 2.7 billion baht and recognizing revenue of 1.6 billion baht.
Mr. Somnuk Tantathettham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited stated that the overall real estate market in 2020 is another year filled with challenges due to negative economic factors both domestically and internationally. This makes the real estate market this year more difficult than in 2019. Developers are facing the highest inventory of homes in several years. N.C. Housing has prepared a business plan to strengthen its position since last year, alongside studying customer needs to create quality products with accessible innovations.
This year, the company is set to launch 5 new projects, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes in three potential locations that still have customer demand: Northern Bangkok, suburban areas of Nakhon Pathom, and Pattaya-Chonburi (EEC). The products will be priced between 2-5 million baht to target new-generation workers looking for single-story homes within a budget of 5 million baht. Initially, they expect to launch homes in a golf course-townhome area in Lam Luk Ka, priced around 2-5 million baht, with 100 units on approximately 20 rai, marking the first project of the year.
This year, there will be a total of 14 projects available for sale, including 9 ready-to-sell projects and 5 new projects.
Additionally, the government's measures to stimulate the real estate market for properties priced below 3 million baht have positively impacted purchasing power. Homebuyers are more confident and can benefit from various special promotions during this period of low-interest rates.
