BAM <\/strong>supports Thais in owning their own homes by organizing the <\/strong>BAM SUPER GRAND SALES <\/strong>event, providing special promotions for customers purchasing all types of BAM properties, including single houses, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, and vacant land. Customers will receive free transfer fees, and those who transfer quickly will receive gift vouchers worth up to 100,000 Baht. Mr. Somporn Moolsri Kaew, Managing Director of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM), stated that the company has a policy to support Thais in having their own residences. To mark the new year 2020, the company is offering a special promotion under the name BAM SUPER GRAND SALES for customers purchasing any type of BAM property from today until March 1, 2020. Customers who reserve properties with an approved selling price not exceeding 30 million Baht per property (including special price properties) will receive free transfer fees. Additionally, customers who reserve and transfer ownership within 30 days from the end of the promotion will receive gift vouchers based on the approved selling price (per property).<\/p>

Customers purchasing properties with an approved selling price of 100,000 – 499,999 Baht will receive a gift voucher worth 1,000 Baht, those purchasing properties priced at 500,000 – 999,999 Baht will receive a voucher worth 2,000 Baht, and for every 1 million Baht in approved selling price, customers will receive a voucher worth 5,000 Baht (up to a maximum of 100,000 Baht per property; amounts exceeding 1 million Baht will be rounded down to the nearest million).<\/p>

For customers purchasing properties on an installment plan with an approved selling price not exceeding 3 million Baht, a special interest rate of 0% will apply for the first 2 years, after which the BAM MLR interest rate will apply for the duration of the contract (except for special price properties). Additionally, there is a promotion for customers purchasing residential condos with an approved selling price not exceeding 500,000 Baht on an installment plan with BAM. Besides enjoying a 0% interest rate for the first 2 years, there is no down payment required, and monthly payments start from only 700 to 2,800 Baht (depending on the property value, excluding special price properties).
