Sunthorn Sathaporn (right), Managing Director of Sathaporn Estate Co., Ltd., a quality real estate developer, together with Mr. Hidekatsu Ito (left), Managing Director of Panasonic Siw Cell (Thailand) Co., Ltd., have developed the “Green DNA for Sustainable Living” initiative between Sathaporn Estate and Panasonic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This initiative incorporates three quality innovations for the Eternity Town Primrose Vacharaphol project, a new quality townhouse designed in a British style. The innovations include a Magnetic Sensor that provides reliable security with an alarm system, directly notifying homeowners in case of intrusions; Nanoe Air-conditioning, which purifies and filters the air, reducing odors and inhibiting bacteria, viruses, and allergens, while also eliminating dust particles smaller than 2.5 microns (PM 2.5) for better health; and Solar Panels that convert sunlight into electricity for household use during the day. These three innovations reflect Sathaporn Estate's Green DNA concept for sustainable living.  Recently held at the Panasonic Smart Solution Center.
