Bangkok June 24, 2019, Dr. Mahisorn Wongphati, Chief Technology Officer at Obodroid Corporation Limited, a joint venture under Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) participated in showcasing a security robot developed by Obodroid Corporation Limited, the first Thai company to develop a security robot for real estate services. The robot demonstrated its security patrol capabilities and displayed results on a mini-monitor for attendees at the Techsauce Global Summit 2019, an annual technology and innovation summit. The event was organized by the PTT ExpresSo team, a startup investment unit of PTT Public Company Limited, one of the shareholders of HG Robotics Company, which holds shares in Obodroid Corporation Limited. The exhibition took place at the ExpresSo booth at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Currently, the robot is already in use at MQDC's project, Wisdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao, and is in the process of developing an automated parking management system and a butler robot for future projects.
