Recently, the government has introduced measures to support the economy mid-year, such as personal income tax reductions for first-time homebuyers purchasing homes valued up to 5 million Baht, with a maximum deduction of 200,000 Baht, and reductions in transfer and mortgage fees for condos priced below 1 million Baht.

 

 

         In line with the government's measures to reduce property registration fees to 0.01% and mortgage fees to 0.01% for residences priced below 1 million Baht, SENA has launched a marketing campaign to align with these initiatives, supporting low to middle-income earners in obtaining their own homes under the campaign "More Benefits, Steady Heart".
