TERRA HINT: Find Your Risk, Dare to Niche 2030
Create 'Choices' Before 'Survival' Runs Out in the Real Estate Business
This year is expected to be a pivotal year for the real estate business, as it undergoes significant changes. This is evident from the real estate developers who have announced new business plans this year, with nearly all of them adjusting their strategies to achieve a balance that connects Demand – Supply to mitigate the risks of Over Supply. Particularly in the condominium sector, many companies have noticeably reduced the number of new project launches and ramped up promotions to clear existing stock in response to the LTV measures that will impact investor clients.
“Mega Projects” are seen as a beacon of hope for the real estate sector, serving as a crucial driver for the continued growth of this business, especially residential developments along new subway lines and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), which aims to develop industrial cities to attract foreign investment in real estate projects.
To ensure the sustainable development of the real estate business over the next decade, TerraBKK has partnered with the Department of Housing, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University, with support from the Thai Real Estate Association.
They are organizing a seminar titled “Find Your Risk, Dare to Niche 2030: Create 'Choices' Before 'Survival' Runs Out in the Real Estate Business” to present diverse ideas and development models that align with the high competition in the era of globalization.
Students and interested individuals can join the seminar free of charge on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM in Meeting Room 329 and the lobby on the ground floor of the Research Building, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University.
