In 2017, 7 condominium projects were launched with 4,111 units, totaling 8.477 billion baht, and in 2018, 9 condominium projects were launched with 6,397 units, amounting to 22.03 billion baht. Furthermore, Sena has strong business partners, “Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation,” collaborating on the development of a total of 6 projects, including 1. Niche Mono Sukhumvit-Bearing 2. Piti Ekkamai, with a total value of 20.846 billion baht, generating satisfactory sales across all projects.
