Exhibition Organizer” in collaboration with the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage is organizing Architect' 62, highlighting the concept “Living Green” to showcase significant opportunities for exhibitors to step onto the international stage and expand their markets both domestically and abroad.

 

 

Mr. Sakchai Patthaprichakul Managing Director of N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd. (Neo) revealed that Neo has been honored by the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage to officially manage the “Architect' 62-63” event, having passed a transparent procurement process due to its capabilities and experience from various national projects previously organized by N.C.C.

 

The Architect' 62 event is scheduled to take place from April 30 to May 5, 2019, at Challenger Hall 1-3, Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. This marks the 33rd edition under the theme “Green Living,” incorporating local wisdom into design processes, planning, construction materials, usage, maintenance, improvement, and management at the end of life, combined with current innovations and technologies to create positive community and urban architecture that efficiently utilizes resources.

 

“Our goal is to elevate Architect' 62 to be the largest regional event of the year. Exhibitors will not only engage in business matching but also have opportunities to meet various attendees from both domestic and ASEAN markets, including experts in the construction and building industry, real estate developers, investors, architects, designers, interior decorators, engineers, contractors, as well as exporters and officials from government agencies. We expect around 500,000 attendees this year, a 25% increase from the previous event,” Mr. Sakchai stated.

 

Additionally, the company will leverage its strengths as a network of partners in the construction materials exhibition sector across Asia, bringing both established and new exhibitors from each country to participate in an area of over 60,000 sq. m., an increase from last year’s 31,000 sq. m. This year, there is also a goal to expand the area for international exhibitors to 3,000 sq. m., up from 2,500 sq. m. last year. Initial responses from exhibitors from the USA, Germany, Italy, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Vietnam have been very positive, with approximately 850 companies expected to participate. Currently, about 80% of the space has already been booked for those interested in exhibiting at Architect' 62.
