Property Perfect reports that the number of reservations for the 'Rich Living Condo' and participation in the 'Million Homes' program by GH Bank has surpassed 3,754 people, exceeding the number of units available for sale. This indicates a high demand for homes priced under 1 million baht, presenting a great opportunity for the government to support easier home ownership.

 

Mr. Pornsawat Kasetjulasrirot, Chief Operating Officer of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed the progress after the company opened reservations for the 'Rich Living Condo', which is part of the 'Million Homes' program by the Government Housing Bank. The project has received a strong response, with the online advertisement reaching 10 million views. There are over 9,000 interested parties, and the number of reservations and participants in the Million Homes program stands at 3,754, exceeding the available units of 2,461. This highlights the significant demand for affordable housing priced under 1 million baht, which is scarce, especially in the Bangkok area. The government's support for the Million Homes project makes it easier for low-income individuals to own homes at accessible prices.

 

“Although we control the development costs to set the selling price at 899,000 baht, the company still prioritizes the quality of the project by using high-standard materials. These include SCG construction materials, Cotto sanitary ware, Q-Con lightweight bricks, TOA building paint, Mitsubishi passenger elevators, and AIS telephone and Wi-Fi signals. Currently, the project is under construction to allow beneficiaries to visit the project, view sample rooms, and select units by the end of January 2019, alongside the loan approval process by GH Bank. The first phase of construction is scheduled for completion in August, with the second phase finishing in October 2019,”

 

Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Surachai Danaitangtrakul, Chairman of the Government Housing Bank, and Mr. Chatchai Sirilai, Managing Director of the Government Housing Bank, visited the 'Rich Living Condo' booth along with Mr. Chai Nit Atthayanasuk, CEO of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, at the launch event for the 'Million Homes' project at the headquarters of the Government Housing Bank.

 

 

'Rich Living Condo' is located on Nawamin Road, Soi 135, just 500 meters from the main road. It is an 8-story condominium comprising 10 buildings with a total of 2,461 units, valued at 2.2 billion baht, covering an area of 12 rai. The project is divided into 2 phases: the first phase covers 7 rai with 5 buildings, and the second phase covers 5 rai with 5 buildings. It features studio units of 22 square meters, fully furnished with air conditioning, available for sale at a uniform price of 899,000 baht. The project includes 24-hour security, a garden along the building, 820 motorcycle parking spaces, and free Wi-Fi in common areas.
