Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited has signed a business investment agreement under the model “Turnkey Solution for Partnership Project Development ”  to develop a project with landowners in the Pattanakarn area on November 15, 2018. The plan is to develop single-family homes under the brand NIRVANA BEYOND , which will be the third project this year to sign a contract according to the business plan “NVD Turnkey Solution ” following the successful project in Udon Thani that recently had an exclusive sales launch and will officially open for sale in 2019. The NIRVANA BEYOND project will be developed on approximately 12 rai of land in the potential area of Pattanakarn and is a new series of the NIRVANA BEYOND community with only 31 units. The expected selling price is around 40-80 million baht, with a project value of over 1.2 billion baht, ready to launch sales in the second quarter of 2019.
