Supalai Public Company Limited has announced its 9-month performance figures, achieving sales of 28.668 billion baht, a 14% increase, generating total revenue of 17.143 billion baht and a net profit of 3.332 billion baht. Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited stated that the overall performance for the first 9 months of 2018 has been successful in achieving the set goals, with sales reaching 28.668 billion baht, a 14% increase compared to the same period in 2017. The sales breakdown includes 54% from condominium projects and 46% from horizontal projects, accounting for 86% of the sales target set at 33 billion baht. Additionally, the company generated total revenue of 17.143 billion baht, primarily from the gradual delivery of condominiums in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and provinces. The revenue from real estate can be divided into 58% from horizontal projects and 42% from condominium projects.

The company achieved a net profit of 3.332 billion baht, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 51% and an average financing cost of 2.45% per year as of September 30, 2018. The backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition is approximately 44.04 billion baht as of September 30, 2018, with expectations to gradually transfer to customers and recognize revenue of 8.137 billion baht in 2018 and the remaining 35.903 billion baht over the next 4 years to support the company's future revenue growth.
In the first 9 months, the company launched a total of 18 new projects in Bangkok and the regions, with a total value of 21.5 billion baht, including 3 condominium projects and 15 horizontal projects. In the third quarter, the company launched 8 new projects worth a total of 13.9 billion baht, consisting of 6 horizontal projects and 2 condominium projects, which received a very positive response from both existing and new customers, resulting in highly satisfactory sales figures. Notably, the Supalai Veranda Ramkhamhaeng project saw continuous interest from customers after its official pre-sale launch, achieving total sales worth over 4.3 billion baht. Additionally, the Supalai Loft Prachathipok - Wongwian Yai project exceeded expectations on its official booking day, with over 1,000 customers registering interest in the units, achieving sales of up to 97% in a short time.
For the plan in the last 3 months, the company aims to launch 10 new horizontal projects in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regional cities. In October, 4 projects were already launched with a total value of 2.3 billion baht, including Supalai River Ville Rayong, Supalai Essence Suan Luang, Supalai Primo Kanchanaphisek-Chaiyaphruek, and Supalai Ville Sriracha-Suan Suea. Furthermore, on November 24-25, 3 new projects will be launched simultaneously, with a total value of 2.9 billion baht, including Supalai Bella Thalang Phuket, Supalai Primo Pattaya, and Supalai Park Ville Maekorn-Chiang Rai, which are expected to attract significant interest from customers in the three regional cities mentioned.
