Charn Issara Launches New Projects Worth Over 6 Billion Baht
Charn Issara is confident and ready to embark on new projects targeting the high-end market, including condominiums in the Sathorn area, a vacation club at Tew Talay Estate in Cha-am – Hua Hin, and an extension of the Plu Villa hotel phase at Sri Panwa and Baba Beach Club Hua Hin.
Mr. Songkran Issara the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, revealed that the success in developing super-luxury projects such as Baba Beach Club Residence in Cha-am – Hua Hin, Issara House Bangna, and Issara Residence Rama 9 has strengthened Charn Issara's position in the luxury market. This reinforces the success in developing products that meet consumer demands in terms of project location, building design, and the layout of living spaces, resulting in each project achieving its sales targets. For instance, the Baba Beach Club Residence in Cha-am – Hua Hin has already achieved 90% sales, while Issara Residence Rama 9 is set to have its show house completed in November, with current sales reaching 40%, starting at a price of 100 million baht.
Mr. Songkran Issara discussed the development plans for 2019, which will include residential condominium projects, extensions of hotels in Phuket and Hua Hin, as well as a vacation club in the Tew Talay Estate project. This will introduce a new concept for developing vacation accommodations for those interested in ownership with a budget of less than one million baht, but still enjoying a stay in a building with 5-star hotel services. The high-rise building will be 10 stories tall with 80 units, valued at 1.5 billion baht, and will soon open for reservations.
Regarding the hotel extensions in Phuket and Hua Hin, the Sri Panwa Phuket hotel will construct a convention hall with a capacity of 400 people, along with an additional 20 pool suite rooms to accommodate the growing demand for events, meetings, and seminars. This project is valued at 1 billion baht and is set to begin construction in 2019, with completion expected in 2020.
The Baba Beach Club Hua Hin hotel has commenced construction on the main hotel section, a 12-story building with 50 rooms, including meeting and banquet facilities, a restaurant, and a spa, valued at 1.5 billion baht.
The vacation home projects will see the construction of an additional 2 projects, including Plu Villas in the Tew Talay Estate project, consisting of 7 units with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, valued at 200 million baht. Additionally, at Sri Panwa Phuket, 4 more Plu Villas will be constructed, also valued at 200 million baht.
Furthermore, Charn Issara will develop a high-rise condominium on land in the Chan – Sathorn area, a luxury condominium project valued at 2 billion baht, which will start construction in 2019. All of these new projects from Charn Issara have a total value of 6.4 billion baht.
