Ms. Chomchada Kuladilok, Head of Communication and Brand Strategy at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited revealed that "SC has created the most innovative communication campaign of the year to raise awareness of the key concepts for public space development. The first prototype model for SC is 'Neighbourhood', a community designed collaboratively by everyone, in partnership with Thailand's top director 'Tom Peneak Rattanaruang' for a new advertising series titled '...A Good Life that Fits?'. This campaign aims to convey the experiences of people in society regarding various stories, adapting to challenges from different perspectives, and narrating the everyday experiences of urban dwellers that have become normalized."

The Neighbourhood 

          'Neighbourhood Bangkadi' aims to create a residential model that responds to the growth of urban communities in the future, establishing a public space that benefits both residents of the project and the surrounding community. It also involves brainstorming solutions for housing from various co-creators, including business partners, project residents, and local communities. This project serves as a prototype for future land development by the company.

          'Neighbourhood', a community designed collaboratively, has seriously applied human-centric studies regarding the quality of urban living. The starting point is to develop the public space in front of the project on over 200 rai of land in Bangkadi, working with the educational sector, specifically Redek, the Research and Design Center at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, to study human needs regarding the use of common areas within housing projects, as well as the public space requirements that community members can share. The research findings will be developed on the actual land by 2019.

Neighbourhood Bangkadi

          The Bangkadi area is located along the route connecting Tiwanon Road and the Pathum Thani-Rangsit district, situated in the northwestern suburban area of Bangkok. It is a region full of potential for future growth and habitation, with various development projects such as the ongoing construction of the red and pink line electric train stations expected to be completed by 2020, alongside being an industrial park with over 60 factories in the municipality, serving as a significant job source. The strength of 17 communities working together to develop the locality further enhances the area's potential.
