Opening the AssetWise (ASW) Kingdom: A Leader in Real Estate Expanding into New Business Ventures
AssetWise, a creative real estate brand, is moving forward without waiting for anyone, with its next steps in 2024. The company is set to launch 12 projects worth over 25.92 billion baht, aiming for sales of 17.8 billion baht. They are also planning to introduce horizontal projects and expand their locations to cover Bangkok, the EEC, and Phuket, while venturing into new businesses to generate continuous income, including community malls, entertainment, and health and beauty sectors.
In 2023, AssetWise developed a variety of residential projects, including condominiums, single houses, twin houses, and luxury homes in prime locations in Bangkok and other provinces, particularly in Phuket, which is considered a World Class Destination. The company has seen continuous growth every year since entering the stock market just over three years ago, under the leadership of Mr. Khamchet Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW).
For 2024, AssetWise aims to launch 12 new projects valued at 25.92 billion baht, consisting of 9 condominium projects and 3 horizontal projects, with a sales target of 17.8 billion baht, representing an approximate 8% growth from 2023. The revenue target is set at 8.7 billion baht. After achieving great success in developing condominium projects in 2023, AssetWise has also ventured into developing single and twin houses, ranging from the affordable segment to the luxury segment priced between 40-60 million baht under the project The Honor Yothin Phatthana, which has seen significant success, closing sales in the first phase shortly after its launch, indicating that AssetWise is on the right track.
Additionally, the company is expanding its real estate portfolio to other provinces that are major tourist cities with potential, particularly in the EEC zone, which is a large employment hub with several industrial estates. AssetWise has developed condominiums under the Kave and Atmoz brands in locations such as Bangsaen, Sriracha, and Rayong. Recently, they are set to launch Aquarous, a luxury condominium in the Jomtien-Pattaya area, in the fourth quarter of this year.
On the Phuket side, AssetWise has been developing the THE TITLE condominium for quite some time, holding shares in Rompoh Property Public Company Limited, a local expert in real estate development in Phuket. Currently, they have developed 10 projects of THE TITLE with a total value of over 20 billion baht in locations such as Rawai Beach, Nai Yang, and Bang Tao. They have also co-invested in the development of the BOTANICA Grand Avenue, a luxury pool villa mega project valued at 13 billion baht, in a 30% stake, which will enhance AssetWise's real estate portfolio in Phuket, covering both condominiums and luxury villas.

In addition to real estate, AssetWise is continuously seeking new business and investment opportunities to create recurring income, including community mall businesses under the Mingle Mall project, which consists of various shops and restaurants, as well as a Well Aesthetic & Wellness Center, a rental space for operators in the health and beauty clinic sector in the heart of the Ratchada area. Leveraging over 19 years of experience in real estate, under the management of Treasure M, the company also engages in buying, selling, leasing, and project management through Asset A Plus and The Esquire in Phuket (a subsidiary of Rompoh Property Public Company Limited). They also plan to expand to other provinces in the future, including health and beauty businesses like Rocket Fitness and Vitala, a physiotherapy clinic, as well as ZAAP World, an entertainment business for concerts and events, which will be crucial pieces in strengthening AssetWise's real estate development business.
