Despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic leading to worker camp closures, the company successfully delivered 29 completed projects (out of 38), valued at 10.987 billion baht, and has 9 projects currently under sale and development. Currently, AssetWise has a backlog worth over 7.338 billion baht.

Building on the success of 2021, AssetWise is now steering towards even larger goals, aiming to recognize revenues of 6 billion baht throughout 2022 (with quarterly growth rates as shown below) from the launch of 7 new projects, while targeting sales exceeding 10 billion baht.

Earlier this year, AssetWise announced a partnership with a major Japanese company, Takara Leben Co., Ltd., a leading real estate developer in Japan with over half a century of experience, to develop the first project, 'Atmoz Bangna', valued at over 2.2 billion baht.

Unveiling 7 New Projects Worth Over 12.4 Billion Baht

This is just the start of the first quarter, and AssetWise is sending positive signals reflecting strong growth, particularly with the announcement of 7 new projects, consisting of 5 condominiums and 2 single-family homes, with a vertical-horizontal ratio of 60% to 40%, contrasting with last year (2021) where the ratio was 99% condominiums and 1% houses.

The reason for this shift is that, from a business perspective, AssetWise employs risk diversification techniques to mitigate potential external factors that are difficult to predict. Although it is said that the Thai economy will recover from various factors in the coming years, one cannot be complacent. AssetWise remains mindful of other external factors that could lead to unforeseen situations, thus having contingency plans is essential. From a consumer perspective, it is undeniable that the lifestyles of modern residents have changed. “From experience, understanding the changing lifestyles of customer groups, and analytical research combined with the current situation in the New Normal era, consumers are looking for residences with spacious living areas and functional spaces. This led us to decide to increase the development portfolio of housing projects to meet the expanding demand in the market,” the CEO of ASW shared regarding the increase in horizontal project portfolios.
