Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) achieved Q3/2023 revenue of over 1.739 billion baht, with a net profit exceeding 417 million baht, marking a 26% growth compared to the previous year. The company’s strategy to expand under the B to the Top plan supports opportunities to diversify income sources across various locations in both the western and eastern parts of Bangkok, highlighting strong purchasing power and transfer of ownership, such as Belgravia Exclusive Pool Villa Bangna-Rama 9 and Grand Britania Ratchaphruek-Rama 5. In Q4/2023, the company is set to launch 8 new projects, totaling 10.15 billion baht, and is also venturing into the super-luxury market with a new brand, “Balco,” in Phuket.

Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI) , stated that the company continues to drive its business operations under the B to the Top plan. In Q3/2023 (July-September 2023), the company recorded sales of 3.111 billion baht, a 9% increase from the same period in 2022, with total revenue of 1.739 billion baht, growing approximately 22% year-on-year, and a net profit of 417 million baht, up 26% compared to the same period last year.

“We have plans to develop housing projects in new locations and diversify segments including single houses, duplexes, and townhomes to ensure comprehensive market penetration. This allows us to spread both the risks and opportunities for continuous growth, even amid changes in the real estate market due to global economic conditions. Additionally, we are pursuing strategies to partner with landowners in developing new projects, which helps reduce development costs and supports the overall growth of the company,” Mr. Surin added.

The top three key projects that contributed to the highest transfer of ownership in Q3/2023 are located in eastern and western Bangkok, including Belgravia Exclusive Pool Villa Bangna-Rama 9, Grand Britania Ratchaphruek-Rama 5, and Britania Bangna KM.42. Furthermore, in late Q3/2023, the company launched three additional new projects worth over 5.8 billion baht, including Grand Britania Thawiwatthana and Grand Britania Wongwean-Prachauthit , two single-house projects with land sizes exceeding 100 square wah, and Britania Bangna Thepharak .

Mr. Surin further stated that Q4/2023 will be a period to watch for various external factors, such as the Israel-Palestine conflict, the U.S. Federal Reserve's interest rate hikes, Thailand's policy interest rate adjustments, and the global economic situation. However, Q4 of each year is typically the high season for the real estate business, with consumers in various locations still seeking housing and maintaining strong purchasing power. Therefore, the company is preparing to launch 8 new projects, including single houses, duplexes, and townhomes, in the final stretch of this year, with a total project value of 10.15 billion baht, spread across various locations such as Ratchaphruek and Bangna.

A key highlight for Q4/2023 is the introduction of a new brand named Balco , which will feature super-luxury pool villas to expand into a new customer segment that Britania has not previously targeted. The first project will be located in Phuket, named Balco Bangtao Beach , with a project value of 1.25 billion baht, expected to be officially launched soon.

Currently, the company has approximately 1.68 billion baht in sales awaiting revenue recognition, which is expected to be gradually recognized within 2023 and early 2024. With the continuous launch of new projects in the final stretch of this year, along with marketing efforts and campaigns targeting additional customer segments, the company believes it will generate new sales and ownership transfers, maintaining strong and sustainable growth.
