Following the success of the "Ruk Wellness Bang Kachao" project, Mankong is expanding its health service business by developing the RXV or "Ruk Village Sam Phran" project with an investment budget of 700 million baht. The goal is to establish a New Health & Lifestyle Destination as a new landmark near Bangkok in Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom, offering a comprehensive health program alongside tourism suitable for all ages under the concept of "Everyone’s Wellness", making good health accessible to everyone. The official opening is set for the end of this year, aiming to contribute to the global advancement of Thailand's health tourism industry.

Mr. Dusadee Tanjaroen, Executive Director of Mankong Housing Public Company Limited, who oversees and manages health business operations, shared the concept and development plan for the project: "From Mankong's business plan aimed at expanding into rental and service businesses (Recurring Income), particularly in the health sector, we are looking for opportunities to develop health services that are accessible to everyone and cater to all health needs across genders and ages while promoting awareness of appropriate health care for individuals. The development of the RXV project is thus a significant step for Mankong in penetrating the booming health tourism market, in collaboration with our joint venture with Bumrungrad Hospital, a leader in medical services in Thailand. The RXV project aims to address a broader target audience, building on the positive reception of the "Ruk Wellness Bang Kachao" project since its launch in 2020.

For the "RXV" project, we see the potential of the Sam Phran area as a destination for relaxation not far from Bangkok, surrounded by nature with large shady trees on a total area of 100 rai along the Tha Chin River, including over 30 rai of organic farming space. With the readiness of both the area and the suitable environment, we are moving forward to develop this space by leveraging Mankong's expertise in wellness business management and holistic medical science, combined with the modern medical strengths of Bumrungrad Hospital, along with partners like Sam Phran Garden. We are transforming the existing 12 rai of historically significant land into a place for relaxation and health care under the concept of "Everyone’s Wellness", making health enjoyable and accessible for all ages.

We will be renovating a total of 150 rooms, with 83 rooms available in the first phase, priced from 4,000 to 15,000 baht, and creating a new wellness zone of over 4,000 square meters.

Using an integrative health care approach that encompasses various health care sciences, such as a medical fitness center, traditional Thai medicine, energy healing, nature therapy, hydrotherapy, and modern medical sciences like IV Drips for vitamin and nutrient delivery, Emsculpt for muscle stimulation, and Cryosauna therapy at -130 degrees Celsius, along with new technologies like Styku, Mobee360, Ultrasound Scan, Oligoscan, etc. Additionally, the dining options include RXV Kitchen and RXV Wellness Cafe, featuring a Rainbow food concept that emphasizes colorful, healthy meals that cater to taste, aesthetics, and nutritional completeness for daily health. Furthermore, the ingredients used in the dishes are organic from Pathom Farm and a network of farmers from the Sam Phran model, supporting sustainability in the area and promoting community growth.

Mr. Dusadee further stated that the health service model at RXV is designed to meet the health and relaxation needs of all ages, suitable for both those just starting to take care of their health and those with a serious health-focused lifestyle. Whether it's a family retreat in beautiful nature or bringing loved ones to a comprehensive health program, even organizing corporate seminars alongside health care programs, RXV will create a new experience for corporate events through various fun health activities in a nature-immersed environment, with seminar rooms accommodating 20 to 130 people. We see the corporate wellness segment as our primary target market, aiming for 60% of total customers, with the remaining 40% coming from Online Travel Agents and self-travelers, targeting revenue of 250 million baht in 2023.

“RXV is set to officially open in November, offering everyone the ultimate experience of relaxation alongside health care. We hope that all guests will enjoy their time together meaningfully while enhancing sustainable health in every dimension. We aim for this project to become a New Health & Lifestyle Destination near Bangkok and to be part of driving Thailand's health tourism industry forward,” concluded Mr. Dusadee.
