All users can access the information on every page and are able to use every section on the website. However, if one registers as a member of TerraBKK, they will be entitled to the following membership privileges :

1. Property Insights : suggestions based on your property search history.
2. My wish list : a tool that allows users to save favorite properties and compare the data (Compare Tool) with other properties. Users can also easily send it to friends to check out (Share to Friends).
3. Special Offers and great deals from TerraBKK’s partners.
4. An expert team that provides real estate data online. To register for TerraBKK, users only need to navigate to the “Register” option on the menu.

Property listing that you have chosen to keep will be saved in My profile

Property listing which you want to compare will be shown in My Profile

Users can easily view property details. TerraBKK has defined privacy policies to maintain the confidential information of users via a high quality security system, which also allows users to edit or delete their own member information if so desired.
