In 2025, the Unavoidable Fate for Workers is to Embrace AI
AI is the fate that workers can no longer avoid!
From my participation in community events earlier this year, I've found that AI is a hot topic.
Leaders in organizations can no longer avoid using AI in their work. However, there are many types of AI available today. So, where should we start?
Many people may be familiar with ChatGPT Gemini (formerly known as Bard), but in reality, AI encompasses much more, and leaders should choose the right tools for their needs. I would like to share some types of AI that leaders should pay attention to (both for personal use and for their teams) based on their applications:

1. Analytic and Predictive AI is a tool for analyzing customer data or various information to formulate work strategies or predict outcomes. For example, it can analyze customer behavior or use analytical results to forecast purchasing behavior, allowing for appropriate strategic planning.
2. Generative AI is a tool that helps us generate options by finding comprehensive information or ideas. It provides rapid and creative outputs, such as text, image designs, slides, or videos. Additionally, it can help organize various tasks, like searching for flight information and booking tickets instantly. Tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL-E, and Mid-journey fall into this category.
3. Automation AI may combine elements of the two previous types but focuses on automating repetitive tasks, significantly reducing time spent on labor-intensive activities. This includes answering questions, managing documents, assembling parts, quality detection, and recording and summarizing meetings.
This allows us to allocate more time to more important tasks.
In summary, AI can enhance business value (points 1 and 3) and improve individual efficiency (points 2 and 3), acting as an assistant for employees at all levels.
Therefore, prepare to develop your team to understand and effectively use AI in their work.
I believe many organizations have already started or are preparing to initiate AI transformation, enabling their employees to use AI seamlessly in their work lives. If not, it's time to start, as AI will soon become the second brain for people in organizations.
