WorkVenture Reveals the Results of the 50 Organizations Young People Most Want to Work For in 2023
WorkVenture has released the results of the survey Top 50 Employers in Thailand 2023, highlighting the 50 organizations that young people most want to work for this year. The survey was conducted online with 10,000 respondents aged 20-35 in Bangkok, all holding at least a bachelor's degree. The results show that young people have voted Google Thailand as number one for the third consecutive year, followed by LINE, SCG, PTT, and Apple in the second to fifth positions respectively.

Mr. Jens Pold, CEO of WorkVenture Technologies Co., Ltd., stated that the Top 50 Employers in Thailand survey has been conducted since 2017 and is recognized by decision-makers in organizations and office workers as a credible source for naming organizations that young people aspire to work for. The survey received 15 million views in 2022, and this year marks the first time awards will be presented to the 50 organizations that received votes.
This survey reflects the desires of young people towards employers in two dimensions: Employment Experience, which refers to the experience of joining an organization. The more desirable the talent is to the organization, the more factors will influence their decision to join, including: 1) the employer's identity as perceived in the labor market and by workers; 2) the recruitment process that goes beyond interviews or signing contracts, creating a positive experience from the initial approach, introduction, invitation, attraction, and persuasion; 3) the support provided during the adjustment period, progression, and growth within the organization, which is increasingly meaningful to talent.
Another dimension is Employer Brand Exposure, which refers to the employer brand's ability to reach, engage, and understand the target talent pool through strategic communication processes. This involves analyzing, designing, and developing creative content that aligns with the interests of talent and delivering it through measurable channels, alongside internal organizational awareness along the Employee Journey and external awareness along the Candidate Journey to build brand recognition and loyalty.
For job seekers, WorkVenture advises that searching for organizational information is no longer difficult, as employers are increasingly building their brands. More important than job positions, job scope, and business characteristics, as well as compensation and benefits, is the information and stories about real work life within the organization, which will help applicants better decide if the workplace meets their needs and how well the work culture, people, and society align with their style.
As for recommendations for employers, the more they communicate their identity and stories that emphasize excellent experiences to their target audience, the more memorable and connected their brand will become. What is sustainable for organizations is presenting the unique value of joining their team creatively. Regardless of the job position or field, organizations that are in the hearts of applicants will receive better responses from quality talent than those that do not build a strong brand.
