AP recognizes the importance of relationships among those living together in a home, alongside a continuous commitment to developing innovative homes and valuable services that enhance life.
In the past, whether due to habit or other reasons, we may have overlooked the significance that is closest to us: our relationships with the most important people, which is 'home'. The recent COVID-19 situation has forced us to confront various challenges, whether it be loss or fear, prompting everyone to rediscover that 'home' is the space that empowers us. Strengthening relationships with those in our homes is just as important as the home itself.
This reinforces AP's position that it is on the right path, as 'home' in AP's context does not only mean building strong, durable residences that exceed standards but also encompasses 'flexibility' to adapt to diverse needs both in 'today' and 'the future', enabling families and communities to thrive and fully engage in life, fulfilling all meanings of their existence.
Reflecting on this vision over the past 30 years, it is evident that AP has continuously evolved to ensure that 'home' serves as a force propelling residents' lives forward. On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, AP has launched the campaign HOME IS EMPOWERING YOU to convey the profound meaning of the word 'home', which is more than just a residence; it is a warm place that empowers people's lives and serves as a medium for Thai people to express love for their families easily. The campaign will feature various activities that create ripples in the real estate industry, emphasizing the significant meaning of 'home' for all target groups, starting with the HOME IS EMPOWERING YOU advertisement film. AP understands that 'creating good communication' is the heart of family relationships and fostering happiness at home. This series of films will explore the encouragement and energy that family members provide for each other when faced with unexpected challenges. 'Home' and 'the people in the home' are the destinations that will fill you with strength.

Continuing with a collaboration between AP and 30 renowned illustrators from Thailand, such as Yothanan Wuttikornsombatkul (Suntur), "Tum" Wisut Pornnimitr (wisut), and "Pan" Chanarat Chatrakul Na Ayutthaya (Juli Baker), among others, to create special artwork based on the concept of Visual Interpretation, expressing the special feelings from different areas in the home and how they empower life through the perspectives of the 30 illustrators. This will be showcased for the first time at the exhibition AP 30 x 30 HOME IS EMPOWERING YOU from April 1-18 at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), with free admission.

Finally, we present the YOU ARE MY HOME COLLECTION, an online campaign to share positive energy with those at home, inviting everyone to express their good feelings towards the important people who have always empowered their lives. AP aims to be a medium for conveying meaning in place of words through illustrations of different rooms from the perspectives of the 30 illustrators. This online activity will be available starting May 1 at apthai30.com.
