Digital Detox
Digital tools are useful, but excessive use can have negative effects on both the body and mind, leading to stress and a lack of physical activity. Therefore, it's important to find time to restore balance in life by reducing the use of digital tools and engaging in other activities more often.
1. Keep your hands busy with hobbies such as drawing, sewing, crafting, or other DIY projects.
2. Go digital-free before bedtime Turn off your phone, tablet, or any digital devices at least 1 hour before sleep. The longer you can stay off them, the better your sleep will be.
3. Engage in outdoor activities Go for a walk or run in the park, have a picnic with family, take your dog for a walk, or let your kids play in the neighborhood.
4. Digital-free hour Set aside at least 1-2 hours each day to stop using all digital devices.
5. Digital-free day Once a week or once a month, designate one day to be free from phones and all digital devices.
