9. Australia

8. Austria

   67% of survey participants feel secure in their jobs and happy with their lives, with reports indicating that 32% see a possibility of living permanently in Austria.

7. Hungary

   Survey results indicate that men tend to work more hours than women, averaging 43.5 hours compared to 39 hours. However, both genders report similar levels of happiness with their work and life, despite the difference in hours worked.

6. Sweden

   Like other Scandinavian countries, reasonable working hours contribute to the stability of expatriates' lives, with respondents indicating that Sweden is a suitable place for raising children.

5. Taiwan

   30% of respondents express satisfaction with their life and work, which is double the global average (17%). This is attributed to reasonable working hours of 40.7 hours per week.

4. Luxembourg

   Survey respondents indicate that Luxembourg is a prime location for professional expatriates, with 43% holding master's degrees and another 12% having doctoral degrees.

3. New Zealand

   Expats working in New Zealand have the shortest working hours, averaging 38.6 hours per week compared to the global average of 41.4 hours. Additionally, expatriates feel quite secure and have many activities to engage in outside of work hours.

2. Denmark

   Following New Zealand, Denmark has an average working hour of only 39 hours per week.
