“ORN” is accelerating its business diversification by partnering with Mill Hill School, a renowned school from England with over 200 years of international experience, to develop the first international school in Chiang Mai offering a UK-standard curriculum. This initiative aims to meet the increasing demand from both Thai and foreign residents, fostering continuous business growth.

Mr. Akkadech Udomsiri Thamrong, Deputy CEO of Orsirin Holding Public Company Limited, stated that the company is in negotiations with Mill Hill School, a prestigious institution in both England and internationally for over 200 years, recognized for its high international standards and as a model for global education systems.

The company sees potential and opportunities for business expansion to cater to the growing number of Thai and foreign residents in Chiang Mai, driven by the city's economic growth. This initiative is also part of enhancing the quality of life and raising international education standards in the northern region, which will help boost business potential and increase revenue streams.

The negotiations have been ongoing since October 2023, with plans to sign a cooperation agreement by January 2024. Following this, construction of the school building will commence on land already acquired by Orsirin in Chiang Mai, with the aim to develop and open the school by 2025.

Additionally, the company continues to seek new investment opportunities in promising businesses to ensure ongoing stability. Mill Hill School, established in 1807, is located in the northern part of London, steeped in England's rich history. It has been a distinguished institution for over 200 years, known for its academic excellence, quality teaching, and emphasis on sports, music, and arts, equipped with modern facilities for comprehensive learning and teaching.
