"Able Asset Group" is accelerating growth in the real estate business by investing in the construction of two new horizontal projects, with a total value exceeding 1 billion baht. Mr. Kasidit Manophinivej, Managing Director of Able Asset Group, a developer of quality residential projects, revealed that the company has been engaged in real estate development since 2011, successfully launching several boutique-style low-rise condominium projects with a total value of over 2.3 billion baht. Based on this experience and success, and to diversify its business to meet customer demands, the company has seriously shifted its focus to developing horizontal residential projects since 2021.

The company has launched twin house projects "The Astoria Rangsit-Klong 3," "The Astoria Ratchaphruek-Rattanathibet," and single-detached houses "The Artic Ramkhamhaeng," with a total project value of over 1.3 billion baht.

Currently, in its business plan for 2023, Able Asset is constructing two new horizontal projects with a total value exceeding 1 billion baht, including "The Astoria Phahonyothin-Lamlukka," which will begin pre-sales in May 2023.

The "The Astoria Phahonyothin-Lamlukka" project has an estimated value of approximately 380 million baht, developed on a total area of about 12 rai, featuring 62 single-detached houses on plots starting from 50 square wah. The project is designed in a luxurious modern European style, focusing on practical use while blending with a European atmosphere through a concept of real livability, enhancing an exclusive lifestyle, with prices starting from 6.4 million baht up to 12.5 million baht.

There are two house designs available. In phases 1 and 2, all will be single-detached houses, including the Advent model, a two-story single-detached house with a usable area of 182 square meters, starting land size of 50.20 square wah, comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 multipurpose room, and 2 parking spaces, with prices starting from 6.4 million baht.

The Alpine model is a two-story single-detached house with a usable area of 242 square meters, starting land size of 58.45 square wah, comprising 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 multipurpose room, and 3 parking spaces, with prices starting from 7.69 million baht.

The second project is "The Astoria Chaiyaphruek-Chaengwattana," which is currently under construction and is planned to launch sales in the third quarter of this year, with an estimated project value of approximately 682 million baht, developed on an 18 rai site with a total of 78 units, divided into 3 phases. Mr. Kasidit added that the success of the three previously launched projects has received positive feedback from customers. The "Astoria Rangsit-Klong 3" project, priced at 3.5-4.5 million baht, has achieved sales of 204 million baht, with 50 units remaining for sale. The "Astoria Ratchaphruek-Rattanathibet" project (launched in Q4 2022), priced at 5.35-7.2 million baht, has achieved sales of 100 million baht.
