The design concept of 'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' features 37 villas on a 26 rai plot within The Forestias, designed by Foster+Partners. Each villa offers living spaces ranging from 1,000 to 1,700 square meters, with options of 4 to 6 bedrooms.

Families can choose to purchase homes of different sizes, ranging from 2 to 3 houses, or even up to 4 houses, to form a cluster where each house is connected by private bridges, facilitating easy movement among family members of all ages.

The design of each house in the cluster is oriented towards each other, fostering a sense of closeness among family members while ensuring privacy with adjustable screens around the homes.

Today, we will showcase two sample houses in the 'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' project: the Roseberry Villa (Size S) with 4 bedrooms and the Visionberry Villa (Size M) with 5 bedrooms. The sample houses are fully decorated to demonstrate the functional living spaces.

Sample House: Roseberry Villa

The Roseberry sample house is designed with 3 floors and a basement. From the floor plan, you can see that the design concept of both sample houses resembles traditional Thai houses. The main entrance starts at the second floor, with the parking area located in the basement to maximize the usability of the first floor. A highlight of this project is the installation of solar roofs, making it the first project in Thailand to use Tesla batteries for electricity storage, capable of storing up to 14 kilowatts for use within the house.

The unique design of 'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' aligns with the main concept of The Forestias, a city designed for healthier living. Each villa in 'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' is designed with the principle of 'For all well-being', emphasizing the importance of coexistence among all lives and animals without harm. The design minimizes the space above the ceiling to prevent animals and dust from accumulating, and structural walls are built to reduce the chances of animals residing under the roof.

The design of the usable space allocates the first floor for a front garden area, with internal spaces for house staff, laundry, storage, and a Thai kitchen equipped with kitchen appliances. This zoning makes it more convenient for house staff to work.

All houses in 'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' come with installed elevators for easy access, as the main entrance is located on the second floor. Upon entering, you will find a courtyard with a large tree in the center (residents can choose the type of tree to plant).

On the second floor, there are areas for the living room and dining area, with electric screens installed for the glass doors to prevent insects from entering the house. There are also 2 bedrooms, with ceiling heights of approximately 3.2 meters throughout the house, and the central hall reaches 8.2 meters high.

The third floor features the Master Bedroom and additional bedrooms, functionally separated into front and back zones. Each bedroom in this project prioritizes privacy, with private bathrooms and sufficient space for walk-in closets. Additionally, all houses utilize chilled water from CUP instead of chemicals, eliminating the need for external condensing unit fans, thus reducing electricity consumption and heat generation from air conditioning.

The M-sized house, located in the same cluster, is connected by a central bridge. The Visionberry Villa adds a swimming pool within the property and features a Hobby Room on the first floor that can be converted into a fitness room or other activity spaces as needed.

'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' is designed as a super luxury villa that considers the connection of family members across generations, allowing them to come closer together. The interior design includes a spacious central hall, with the largest villa featuring a large dining area and communal space, enabling families of all ages to gather for various activities in one home. Some villas can accommodate up to 20 people or more around the dining table, with the Visionberry Villa's hall reaching a ceiling height of 9.5 meters.

Inside the house, a chilled water system from CUP maintains a comfortable temperature, and the air conditioning is positioned to avoid duct installation, as ducts can harbor germs and dirt that may cause illness. MQDC offers a 30-year warranty covering four main components: structure, roof structure, facades, and piping systems. Additionally, the house features an air replenishment system that works through MERV 14 air filters, capable of filtering over 90% of PM2.5 dust.

The central area of the project 'Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villa' is located in the middle of the building group, featuring the Mulberry Reserve Club, a space exclusively for residents to relax, enjoy coffee, and beverages. The lower level includes The Play Room (Kids Room), The Studio (Exercise Area), Yoga Room, Steam Room, Sauna, and swimming pool.
