From the 15 real estate companies highlighted this time, TerraBKK Research found 3 outstanding companies that successfully climbed to the top of their group:

PSH - Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited achieved the highest revenue in Q1/62 among real estate companies, with figures reaching 11,881 million baht, a 43.6% increase from the previous year. The main reason for the revenue growth came from the transfer of ownership of condominium projects, which increased by 2,459 million baht. This was followed by revenue from townhouse sales, which increased by 949 million baht, and revenue from single-house sales, which increased by 199 million baht, totaling an increase of approximately 3,608 million baht compared to the same quarter last year.

LH - Land and Houses Public Company Limited achieved the highest net profit in the group, but it was noted that there was a significant decrease of about 25.95% compared to the same quarter last year (Net profit Q1/62 = 1,825 million baht, Net profit Q1/61 = 2,465 million baht). The main reason was due to decreased revenue figures, combined with the impact of fixed indirect costs that did not decrease in line with the reduced revenue. The proportion of revenue mainly came from single houses at 80%, followed by townhouses at 13%, and condominiums at 7%.

NOBLE - Noble Development Public Company Limited had the highest net profit margin in the group at 35.7%, an increase from the previous year's figure of 12.8%. The main reason was due to revenue recognition from the Noble Ploenchit project and the sale of land awaiting development. ---TerraBKK
