With the modern lifestyle of the younger generation, everything is fast-paced and convenient, including eating habits. Most people prefer "fast food" that suits their busy schedules, making microwave meals a perfect solution for those with limited time.

However, the question arises: Is it really dangerous to consume microwave-heated food frequently?

Microwave-heated food often consists of leftovers from the previous day or frozen meals purchased from convenience stores, which we typically reheat in the microwave before eating. The danger lies in how these foods are stored. Frozen food is kept at very low temperatures, preventing bacteria from growing. However, if the food is not stored or transported properly, and the temperature is incorrect, bacteria can thrive and pose a risk.

If the food is stored correctly, reheating it in the microwave causes the water molecules in the food to vibrate, generating heat and boiling without altering the food's structure or introducing toxins. Microwave waves are not harmful radiation and do not negatively affect the body, except that one should avoid looking directly into the microwave or standing too close while it’s in operation.
